Course Content
Shedsafe Engineering Workshop explores the engineering principles comprising the foundation for fit-for-purpose design of light gauge steel buildings and how sound engineering practice is the cornerstone of the Shedsafe 3rd party accreditation program for manufactured steel sheds.
The course defines and details what is considered ‘good practice’, from assessment of wind loads utilising the latest advanced site analysis software through to the engineering to accommodate large access doors in high wind locations.
The course provides important context to designers and other stakeholders as to understanding the critical aspects of what constitutes good engineering design of light gauge steel buildings. It is therefore a must-take course for engineers, architects, building certifiers and product suppliers.
